We had excellent service and the food was great! Yes it was served on plastic. But we were told they were having problems with the amount of water they were using and had to cut down. I would go back if we ever are in that area agai!
It did take some time to get our food but it's considered in season, hence all the snowbirds!! Once we got out food, it was worth the wait. Absolutely delicious and fresh! And stop complaining about the plastic utensils, that's what gives it the authentic fishing village down-home feel. To complain about actually not getting silverware it's just flat-out PETTY!
Yes.its fabulous!
Wonderful food great service but should call a day before for Reservations
Got styrofoam with recycle symbol
Real environmentally safe. Everyone else is doing away with them...Really upsetting since they are right on the water.
Not sure but they have good grouper
Where's Pinebrook Street Crystal River Florida
Im not sure. Best to call
First time there and was good. Service was excellent.
My friends and I stopped here on one of our road trips and the food was wonderful. The staff was friendly and overall fantastic. They have a wonderful little dock that is beautiful and great for taking pictures. Will definitely stop by if in the area again.
Atmosphere, service, food all very good. A piece of old Florida.
We had a great experience. We had been once years ago. After moving to the area we were glad to find the experience as enjoyable as we remembered. The restaurant is a nice long drive out to the coast. The inside is small and we got the last open table. We had an oyster appetizer and the catch of the day. Everything was excellent. We also had great service (Schuyler). We'll definitely be coming back. Hopefully when the weather is better for outdoor seating.
Outstanding...came here for lunch and throughout enjoyed the experience...excellent food, service, atmosphere. Ordered the Catch of the day...Grouper...it tasted as it came off the boat that morning, so fresh, requested it be blackened....chef did, just perfect, the right amount of seasoning to enhance the flavor of the fish, tender and delicious. This is a spot that will added to the return list...especially when riding there as it's on a nice road with many twistees.
Excellent meal with a wonderful view. The 9 mile drive will take you half an hour to get there. It is a very winding road that Should be taken with great caution. But the reward is very much worth the drive. highly recommend doing it before dark the 1st Trip. The entree and appetizers were all great. Recommend sitting out on the tiki bar for the great view. Stopped in for lunch. But I could recommend it for a great sunsets location also.
This is a jewel, one of the best fish houses I've been to in years. Old world atmosphere very reasonable prices. Outdoor seating available. The stuffed grouper was incredible. Service was prompt and friendly. If you go to Crystal River this is a must.
My wife and I ordered grilled grouper dinners. Being Florida natives, and having had grouper many, many times over the years, we certainly know what grouper looks and tastes like. What we had was a thin, mushy fillet that did not resemble or taste like grouper.
Sad to say that overall the food was so-so when we went. It was Father's Day and naturally the place was packed and they were SUPER busy. We still expected the food to be as delicious as it has been in years past, busy or not. Unfortunately it was good, not great. The clam chowder, which we all had fond memories, of tasted as if heated straight from a can. The catch of the day was Grouper, which was very tasty and nice portion size. The fried shrimp were good but the scallops weren't. The "Fish Net" onions were everything we remembered..... delicious appetizers! Still a great location, especially if dining outside by the water.
Peck's is located a few miles off the beaten path on a winding road that's as pretty a drive as you could ask for. Motorcycles of all kinds love the route to Peck's especially. What you'll love is the food. Great flavor, good portions and lots of options on the menu make this place a local favorite. Staff is friendly and attentive. We wore Nikkie out searching for a t-shirt in my size, but despite how busy she was, she found it. It was a pretty special t-shirt, part of their "Claws for a cause" campaign. Peck's loves veterans and profits from their shirts go to a number of different veteran's organizations listed on their wall. Check 'em out, you love this place.
Awesome place 10 miles off of the US 19 all your motorcycles are looking for a great ride that's the place to Bo and a reward at the end is by far the best inside outside dining Tiki Hut trick the tables umbrellas great service friendly staff awesome food little pricey but well worth the wait we drove 103 miles to get there keep up the good work
DELICIOUS! Service was good, food was great, prices were reasonable. View was great too!
This was fantastic! Great atmosphere and the food was excellent as well as service! We sat at the bar and our server was Abbey! She was wonderful! Gave us great attention as well as maintaining the bar. Thank you Abbey for a wonderful dining experience!
Best key lime pie anywhere! Servers are always super nice. The atmosphere...especially at the outdoor tables...is great. Views are stunning.
This was absolutely delicious. In the past couple of days that I've been visiting, it's hard to say on whether or not this was some of the best seafood I've had on my trip. Every bite was delicious, the atmosphere is lively, our server hard at work to accommodate us and the rush on many others. My entire family as well as myself hope to return very soon before our trip is over.
First class real-world seafood venue. The meal made perfectly to order. The service, friendly, personable, and exceptional.Get the onion thins... What a twist on the common appetizer. We found the restaurant very accommodating, we have young vegans. It all worked to our favor.Get a picture on the dock at sunset to add to a lifetime memory.
Service was so slow. Food was really good. Some of the servers had bad attitudes.
Me and my family love this place. My husband tried the stuffed grouper for the first time, he said it was the best he had ever had and will order it again next time. The staff is always pleasant. My favorite place hands down.
Delicious stuffed grouper, soft shell crabs. Ate outside, no-seeums got us, but the breeze kicked up so it was bearable. Quite a drive out, or you can bring you boat up if you are so inclined.
The food was awesome as usual. We did ask about the disposable dishes. There is a very good reason for it. I wish people would get the load down before slamming a business. The outside was super packed with people but our food got to us in a very reasonable time. As usual pleased once again with food, service and reason for disposable dishes.
This is our 48th anniversary so thought we would go to a new place to us. The service was great the food was great. We had Pecks platter. I had fish (grouper) shrimp and scallops. Very good and very good French fries. Because it was our anniversary they brought us a free piece of key lime pie!! We will definitely go back and even take our friends.
Excellent Food. Excellent service. Draft Beer was not very cold. Had to put some ice in it.
Food was amazing, attentive server. Overall it was a great 1st time experience. We did choose to go a little early for dinner since it was a Saturday before father's day. We wanted to avoid crowds (preferring to stay a bit more socially distanced). Very glad because as we left the place was filling up quickly.
Awesome experience and great staff. We had a wonderful day out here, we ordered the lunch portion blue crab. We've never had whole crab before and the waitress was so good at showing us how to get at the meat. And, very pet friendly. We recommend this place, it's definitely worth the ride.
Our food here was really good and so were our drinks. My only qualm was with the drink pricing which was a little overboard. I felt I received food that was sufficient in quality and quality. However, for 3 drinks it set us back nearly 30.00 which is a little steep in my opinion.
The atmosphere was really nice on the water. Food and service was great. The only neg. Was the Cobb beer was warm. Otherwise great place and highly recommended
Only had a burger and fries, but, it was prepared exactly like I asked. Very friendly people, excellent bike stop.
Loved the food and service. Great view of the river, fishermen, sun set. Will return often.
I had the almond catch, the catch of the day was grouper. It was great. I would recommend a reservation if you go. Nice cozy place to go and get away for a while.
Amazing food and great service! We live in PA and make a point of coming every time we are down!
I met a buddy of mine here a few years ago and I loved it since then. The service and food is awesome, even when they are under staffed. I haven't had a bad experience when I've gone there. Since we're dealing with the covid situation, I would call ahead if you're going to bring a large party. Especially on the weekend as the parking lot is usually full of motorcycles.
I’ve enjoyed my time driving 3 hours to Pecks Old Port Cove to eat on Valentine’s Day my waitress Ashley is an amazing waitress she took it upon herself to make us Valentine’s cards the food was great too! This is now the second time we’ve been here with her as our server the time before that our service wasn’t as good! Thank you Ashley for the best Valentines and the cooks for the great food as always💕
Staff & soft shell crab sandwiches are great.
Great food, we drove an hour and a half to have lunch there. Too hot for us to eat outside but tables inside were spaced a distance apart. Very disappointed that the staff were not wearing mask and not being cautious when taking orders. I moved back from waitress getting much too close. Would not go back this year...
Great atmosphere, awesome service!! Loved the food!
Great service & food.Would definitely come back.
Absolutely the best seafood I've eaten. I'm a native Floridian and the Fish at this restaurant is the freshest I've tasted
Very disappointed. Thought it would be good considering the reviews, but honestly, I could have done better with frozen shrimp from Publix. Steak was 99% fat. Could only find a piece of meat on it maybe the size of an egg. Canned coleslaw, styrofoam plates with a steak knife for cutting. Really??!! Sweet potato undercooked etc.Very disappointed in the food, but the view is nice. The waitress was very nice as well. To me it the McDonalds version of seafood.
Delightful, Great service and many menu options. We enjoyed this stop on our " Daycation. "
We had gone to a birthday party at Fort Island Beach and were ready for some sea food. We weren't disappointed. Service was excellent, fast and the food was delicious. The waitresses even brought out cake and sang!
I really like this place. Once in a while I hop on my motorcycle with a few friends and ride up here from Tampa. The place has great atmosphere and great seafood. The service is sometimes good and most of the time is exceptional. I guess it all depending on the day and waitress. It is the only restaurant that tuck back at the end of Ozello Trail. If you have a motorcycle, hop on it and ride to here. You will enjoy the ride. There are days you will see a lot of motorcyclists gathering here. They are all friendly and fun to talk to.
Wow! Great back patio, good pricing, fun drive to get there! Really enjoyed our experience there, would highly recommend mermaid water and the almond baked fish dish. Service was great, I wasn't overly excited about the all you can eat fish and chips or the clam strips.
Very good place to eat, and your staff is elexent we will be back
They were slammed on the outside deck which slowed inside to a crawl, waited 20 minutes to put in a drink order then watched it sit at the end of the bar because no one knew where it went. Foam plates, solo cups, plastic silverware for a fifty dollar meal not counting drinks hummmm. My fault for ordering broiled my food (potato and hush puppies) were swimming in water and the same meal at red lobster is better. Would not go back but it's one of our friends favorite places so unfortunately we will.
We tried this place out yesterday for my birthday. I was kind of shocked when they brought the food out on styrofoam plates because I was expecting glass. I was not upset about this I just thought it was different because the place seemed so higher class. we both had the black and grouper and it was probably one of the best groupers I've ever had. The food was amazing, the portions were huge and the service thanks to my friend, the waitresses all came out singing Happy Birthday to me as well. It was a real friendly relaxing environment. I wished I did not wait so long to try this place out but we will definitely be back.
Tremendous food and even better atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and cannot wait to go back.
Food was delicious! But the best part was the service! We ate outside at the bar. The bartender quickly became busy. She handled that superbly!
Great place to eat. Fish is great. The drive out there is beautiful
The food and service was great, as always . The garlic shrimp and the grouper was outstanding!
Great seafood and a nice family friendly atmosphere. The road to Pecks will make some kids car sick. The food is worth it though
